Engel & Völkers – at home around the world for 40 years Over the last few decades, the name Engel & Völkers has established itself firmly amongst the global leaders for real estate. What started in Germany in 1977 with a small office in Hamburg, is now an internationally successful and continuously growing licence system. We are now represented at more than 800 locations in 30 countries on four continents. In addition to the well established shop system created in the nineties, we launched our Market Center concept in 2013. Mainly based in large cities and metropolitan regions, up to 200 estate agents are responsible for entire regions within the framework of real estate brokerage in centrally located, modern offices.
