A.S. since 2004, was established to produce first quality, additive free, made with 100% veal meat Kayseri manti. Tokana has become the brand preferred by the important companies in the sector today by carrying the original quality line even further. Today, Tokana, which has reached Manti production capacity of 250 tons per month and is the leader in the first quality, real, soya free dumpling production in Istanbul, has become a favorite for conscious consumers compared to cheap alternatives, which actually do not deliver real taste of manti or produced under non-hygienic conditions.
