In 1924 the history of the Quaranta family torrone begins, in Caravaggio, city of the famous painter Michelangelo Merisi, called Caravaggio. A century of tradition and dedication. The founder, Antonio Quaranta, dedicated himself with his wife Alzira to the handmade production of nougat and other sweets typical of the Cremonese and Bergamasca confectionery tradition, including cotton candy, crunchy and special nougat with carob honey.
