Luiten Food – Thomas Foods Europe is a warm family business from Stompwijk with a loyal, experienced and, above all, committed team. Until a few years ago we called ourselves an importer of meat, game and poultry. However, that has not covered the load for some time now: not only have we expanded our range considerably, but the import of our products is now only the beginning of a nice link of services that we offer our customers. We have become an essential partner for our supermarket and wholesale customers, because we develop, portion, marinate, package, label and deliver products completely according to your wishes. Everything is done on the basis of specific customer wishes, in collaboration with our partners. Our range is determined by a clear market need: the proteins we import are not yet available in Europe, are not sufficiently available or are available in a lower quality. Importing quality products remains of primary importance to us. Without a product we cannot make the difference for our customers. That is why we decided in 2018 to intensify our cooperation with the Australian beef and lamb producer Thomas Foods International (TFI), whereby TFI acquired an interest in Luiten Food – Thomas Foods Europe. As Thomas Foods Europe, we have been enjoying product security and exclusivity for these two product groups for five years now.
