Our rice paddies are located at a higher altitude than any other region of Spain and face the relentless cold of the mountains. The rice, washed down with pure, clean and cold water from the snow melting of the Pyrenees, matures slowly and evenly, reducing the presence of pests and diseases. Thanks to the professionalism and tradition of our farmers, to the advice of our technicians in the field and to the processing in our own mill, we get a monovarietal rice of extraordinary quality.
