Emine Ana Sofrası, the first Tantunici in Istanbul, started our story on June 1997 with a small shop. Our lovely shop, set out with Emine Ana's delicious juicy dishes and Tantuni at first, expanded with sympathy over time, changed the content and became today. Emine Anne and Mehmet Usta (also known as shoemaker Mehmet in Taksim for many years: Mehmet Karacan) and Emine Ana, who started out with Mersin Master, are currently serving 24/7 with a staff of 15 people.
