We are a couple, both celiac diagnosed at different stages of life. We begin to dream of a GLUTEN FREE, from the second of us who received their diagnosis. At that time there was not so much knowledge about the disease, its care, the problems that come with a life forever without tacc. We started with great enthusiasm cooking for us, we were testing flavors seeking to perfect recipes, then we were cheering up and they were starting to order us over time we were able to open our house, our great dream of a 100 percent restaurant without tacc. Today we are already finishing the fourth year, we move forward with a lot of perseverance, commitment, daily work and with all the desire to do everything always better. With the absolute certainty that we do not copy anyone, that we are not a franchise, that is, we do it our way, step by step, the result of our own work, inventiveness, creativity and effort. We say that gluten-free should be financially helped by state policies and receive help instead of having legal obstacles (from taxes to social charges) We never forget so many people who help us continue and move forward with this work that is our life.
