Le Lapin Saute is located on Rue Quartier Petit-Champlain. With its country airs in the city, a touch of madness in the mouth, we succumb to the rustic charm of this small neighborhood restaurant offering grills and gratins at a nice price. On weekends and holidays, we come here for our country-flavoured brunch and to start the day, by the fire in the winter or on the terrace when summer comes. Rabbit is our specialty: we prepare it in pie, confit or sauce. But it's not just rabbit in the stove! In the kitchen, our magicians play fancy with duck, cod, vegetarian dishes and many local products. And what about maple creme brulee if not that it is worth the detour on the Petit-Champlain side, pedestrian street, in front of its cousin the Pig Dingue.
