CATTLE BARON Saxenburg Grill Room, owned by the Deacon Family, sits at the foot of the picturesque Saxenburg wine estate on the hills above Kuils River. The Grill Room is reminiscent in style of a private dining room with white table cloths and settings for a smart dining experience. In addition to offering a menu featuring popular Cattle Baron favorites, Saxenburg offers breathtaking views over Table Mountain and the estate game farm. Our menu features many dining favorites however we are most reminded for our mouth-watering steaks. The secret of our success lies in the preparation and maturation of our meat. Our perfectly-aged grapefed beef is wet-aged for up to 28 days ensuring our steaks are consistently juicy, tender and full of flavor.
