After 21 years of making fresh pasta in one location, owners Tim & Colleen Holmes ventured out to Clifton Park New York with Wheatfields Bistro & Wine bar. Wheatfields continues to make close to twenty shapes and flavors of pasta daily. Our menu offers a wide variety of vegetarian, beef, seafood, chicken and signature dishes. In addition to the superior lunch and dinner service we offer year round, Wheatfields is also pleased to cater events.
