Angus meat grinder - a unique project. We are the only burger in St. Petersburg that uses 100% marbled beef grown on our own farm. Since 2005, in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region there is this same farm "Sputnik", which is engaged in breeding, raising and selling breeding animals of the Aberdeen-Angus breed. All the cutlets in burgers and steaks are made from chilled fresh Black Angus meat, and brioche buns are baked according to a specially developed recipe in-house.
