If you want to have fun and share, we are waiting for you to enjoy the best of Mexico Restaurant Los Cuates opens its doors on December 9, 1998 in Santiago de Chile. We have created a 100% Mexican environment, where everyone can come to enjoy the variety of their dishes, with their authentic ingredients brought from Mexico, especially corn flour. This is the main raw material of our kitchen, that is why we make our own tortillas. This food has no fat, sodium or flavorings and most importantly, DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN. Especially recommended for Celiacs with intolerance to wheat starch. In Restaurant "Los Cuates" traditional Mexican festivals are also commemorated, such as Mexico's Independence Day, the night of September 15, and Day of the Dead, November 1 and 2.
