Adega serves a variety of traditional and contemporary meals that are predominantly influenced by the flavors of Portugal and Spain. Opened in 1996 by Manny Botelho, Carlos Encarnacao and Albino Silva. Adega Restaurant offers some of the best seafood in Toronto prepared by Chef Javier Donan.
