HR:Rezidencija i restoran Dream se nalaze u srcu starog grada Rovinja, svega nekoliko koraka od gradske rive i glavne ulice Carrera. Smješteni su objektu iz devetnaestog stoljeća kojeg su vlasnici, Dip.ing.građ. Amir Kadunić i prof.eng.j. Darija Kadunić, od temelja do krova, kvalitetno rekonstruirali ne štedeći sredstva i energiju da bi derutnom objektu, u visokom stadiju raspadanja, dali novi život i smisao. Nakon završetka građevinski i arhitektonski veoma zahtijevnih radova, sa naglaskom na očuvanju svih autohtonih elemenata stare istarske gradnje, nikao je prekrasan objekt čiji je nastanak i rad vrlo brzo rezultirao dodjelom vrhunskih priznanja na državnoj razini. Pri uređenju rezidencije i restorana se vodilo računa o svakom detalju, te su sve podne površine pokrivene originalnim istarskim tavelicama i mozaicima, obnovljeni starinski kameni zidovi, drevni kamin, originalne kamene erte i oluci. Isto tako, mnogobrojni drveni prozori i vrata su izrađeni od ariša i po uzoru na starinsku, originalnu stolariju. Cjelokupan prostor je dizajnerski ukrašen vrijednim antikvitetima, tiffany lampama, tonet stolicama, stilskim namještajem, prigodnim slikama akademskih slikara, starinskim fotografijama i eksponatom iz muzeja suvremene umjetnosti, sve u cilju oživljavanja duha autohtone starodavne rovinjske atmosfere. EN:Dream Residences and Restaurant are located in the heart of the old town of Rovinj, only a few steps away from the city's waterfront and the main street of Carrera. They are located in a nineteenth-century building owned by Dip.ing.građ. Amir Kadunić and prof.eng.j. Darija Kadunić, from the ground up to the roof, has been well-reconstructed by not saving the means and energy to give the new building and the sense of meaning in the high stage of decomposition. After the completion of construction and architecturally very demanding works with an emphasis on the preservation of all the indigenous elements of old Istrian construction, a beautiful object emerged and its construction and work resulted very quickly with the award of state-level awards. In the decoration of the residence and restaurant, every detail was taken into account, all the floor surfaces covered with original Istrian walls and mosaics, renovated old stone walls, an ancient fireplace, original stone walls and vaults. Likewise, many wooden windows and doors are made of larch and in line with the old, original joinery. The entire area is designed with valuable antiques, tiffany lamps, tones of chairs, stylish furnishings, picturesque paintings by academic painters, antique photographs and exhibits from the Museum of Contemporary Art, all designed to revive the spirit of an indigenous Rovinj atmosphere.
