Customers are always greeted by the chef who, in front of them, prepares the chosen menu for them, while explaining each dish in detail, so that they can understand what they are eating, where it comes from and why it is served this way. The presentation of the dish is meticulously thought out, once again respecting the Japanese concept: the chosen dishes, the elegant plating, the attention to detail, reflecting the Japanese minimalist art.
