Wedholms Fisk opened the gates at Nybrokajen in 1985 and became one of the first restaurants in Sweden to be rewarded with a star in the Michelin Guide bar Bible and quickly one of the brightest stars in the pub sky. Today, most things are still the same, from decor and cutlery to the size of portions and, not least - professional pride in both the kitchen and the dining room.
