Sisli In 1950s, the reputation of Tekirdağ Köftesi, which is prepared with unique techniques in small restaurants, is spread all over the country and the name of the city starts to be called with meatballs. In 1953, two of the meatballers, İsmail and Arif Özcan brothers from the family stepped into the sector made an important contribution to this reputation. Özcanlar, founded by two brothers and sisters, lovingly and carefully prepared meatballs in a short time with the right reputation. The second generation of the Özcanlar family, whose priority is always to preserve the flavor standard, succeeds in maintaining the same motto.
