For a long time, travelers stopping on the heights of Montreux, in the canton of Vaud have become accustomed to eating in a beautiful village house nestled at the end of a hundred-year-old bridge. Sometimes hostel, bistro and coffee, it is in 1980 that Gerard Rabaey turns the building into a real gourmet restaurant before making the Brent Bridge an authentic institution. Since 2011, a new page of history has opened at Brent Bridge. Stéphane and Stéphanie Décotterd have taken over the management of the establishment and continue to delight gourmets from all over the world, combining tradition and youth.
