The Orana restaurant is home to the intimate dining room of chef and owner Jock Zonfrillo as it uses Aboriginal ingredients to showcase modern Australian food identity. Having an Australian restaurant for 2018 and 2019 helped us give indigenous foods and culture more awareness and recognition, and shifted the mindset about recognizing the privacy of the oldest surviving culture in the world, which is here on our doorstep.
