Zero Sei Trattoria Romana was born from the idea of introducing the great classics of the Roman tradition in Malta. Bringing Amatriciana, Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe to this wonderful island where there are fish in all the restaurants was a big challenge for us. Every day we cook original recipes for a tradition passed down from generation to generation, based on a source from the countryside and peasants.
