For the Thuringians, "real Thuringian dumplings" are the crowning glory of the potato. Traditionally on Sundays there were Thuringian dumplings, we still keep this custom. Every Sunday from 12:00 to 14:30 we invite you to hand-rubbed dumplings of various specialties of fresh vegetables. The view of the Ilmtal is breathtaking, and it is not for nothing that our guests call our beer garden the Lmenau Balcony. Thanks to our beautiful forest proximity, you have the opportunity to combine your visit with beautiful hiking trails as well as fantastic short walks.
