The Schallander at Stintmarkt In 2020, the SCHALLANDER celebrated its 40th birthday, making it one of the longest-serving restaurants in the harbor district. A house with tradition can tell many stories and has changed several times over the years. Originally a steakhouse, later a student bar with lots of beer and discussions. Freshly baked garlic bread was the only kitchen attraction. We now offer a complete kitchen program around the clock and the students work in the service to finance their strenuous studies on the side. Our audience has become more diverse, from young to old, from Lüneburg, from all corners of Germany and also from abroad.
