PL: Nasza restauracja mieści się w dawnym kompleksie koszar wojskowych. Budynek został wybudowanym w XVIII wieku, był miejscem stacjonowania żołnierzy Gwardii Konnej Koronnej podległej bezpośrednio królowi. Dziś, przy ul. Chłodnej, 3 funkcjonuje w nim restauracja, będąca harmonijnym połączeniem różnych kontrastów jednej z najpiękniejszych części Warszawy. Jesteśmy jednym z najstarszych działających nieprzerwanie od 21 lat warszawskich restauracji. Budynek, w którym mieści się nasza restauracja należy do straży pożarnej, stąd też, za patronem strażaków, jej nazwa - Florian. EN: Our restaurant is located in the former military barracks complex. The building was built in the 18th century and was the place where soldiers of the Crown Horse Guards were stationed directly under the king. Today, at ul. Chłodna, 3, there is a restaurant in it, which is a harmonious combination of various contrasts in one of the most beautiful parts of Warsaw. We are one of the oldest Warsaw restaurants that have been operating continuously for 21 years. The building in which our restaurant is located belongs to the fire brigade, hence, after the patron saint of firefighters, its name - Florian.
