It is very important to you that after each visit with us, you leave satisfied and gladly come back again. Every day, we strive to make it happen, therefore: - MEAT is provided by a small local butcher's shop - VEGETABLES are bought from a farmer, not a supermarket - SPICES guaranteeing the preservation of the authentic taste of dishes are imported directly from the Balkans (besides, also cutlery;) - BAKE and even BREAD we bake ourselves, on site.
