Since its start-up in 2007, Maeltydt has been "the place to be" for anyone who suffers from food intolerance or allergy. When we came up with the idea of transforming my great-grandparents' café into a modern eatery, with the greatest respect for the past, my wife Marit wanted to continue to do something with the knowledge she had built up for years as a bachelor in nutrition and dietetics. She specialized in this problem as a consulting dietitian and can now fully enjoy preparing tailor-made dishes for anyone who is faced with this problem.
