Here, champagne from about fifty champagne houses is bottled in glasses from Tuesday to Saturday every week. Our focus is on Champagne cultivation, where small scale and quality are central. We are importers ourselves and just have a little warmer feelings towards small producers who protect the environment and craftsmanship just like we do. In the kitchen, fish and vegetables are our main focus, but we love delicacies big and small and love to open oysters and enjoy artisan cheeses and meats.
