At Pelikan we consider good food and art to be two sides of the same coin. We have therefore launched an art collection which we believe to be unparalleled in both the restaurant business and the art world. Pelikan Bar will regularly feature the work of young artists, given their first chance to speak to a wider audience. While in the small dining room we have let one of our dear local patrons, artist Stig Claesson, roam free.
