When the founder of Iberico Tapas & Bar visited a genuine tapas restaurant for the first time, it felt like home. The rustic atmosphere, sharing the food with everyone around the table and the pleasant atmosphere contributed to the perfect restaurant visit. When Iberico opened in 2014, that was exactly what we wanted to achieve. Coziness and festive atmosphere would permeate the atmosphere and above all we wanted to serve high quality food where everything was always cooked from scratch with the best ingredients. Five years later, we still work just as hard with these ambitions on all fronts. We constantly travel to Spain to get inspiration.
