“Eating an elephant” is a network of democratic fast-food establishments in the Siberian region with home-made tasty and high-quality food. Our journey began with the opening of a canteen in the city of Krasnoyarsk in 2005, and today, guests can dine in one of more than thirty canteens in different cities. We also actively promote our franchise and strictly monitor that all our partners work in accordance with corporate standards and values.
