The new restaurant is the brainchild of the famous French chef Clément Bruno, whom gastronomic critics call none other than “the king of truffles”. La Maison de la truffe Bruno on Admiralteysky Avenue reproduces the warm atmosphere of its restaurant Chez Bruno, located in the Provençal commune of Lorgues in southeastern France. Given that the population of Lorga is only nine thousand inhabitants, more than 36 thousand guests from all over the world come to the institution every year, including representatives of the royal houses of Europe and Hollywood stars. Chez Bruno annually prepares four tons of truffles - a world record.
