The restaurant's interior is made in the strict style of the modern era: natural wood, high ceilings, calm and elegant lines - all that is associated with the spirit of St. Petersburg. The restaurant’s cuisine is based on a collection of recipes by Elena Molokhovets, the author of a cult book on the peculiarities of Russian cooking and housekeeping. Recreated as a result of years of historical research and archival research, the “Molokhovets” dishes acquaint guests of the restaurant with Russian culinary traditions from the end of the 19th century.
