The processes in the kitchen are subject to the international standard HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - a system for analyzing threats and critical control points). You can see our production by filling out the application below. Or simply by going to a cafe and asking about the hall manager (except for hours of increased cafe load). The possibility of visiting is provided for by the HACCP system and taken into account in the kitchen design.
