Crossing the threshold of the colorful restaurant "Kishlak", you immediately find yourself in an interior that resembles the patterns of oriental tales. In the shade of vineyards, plane trees and karagaches there is a kishlak square, in the middle of which an aryk murmurs with goldfish frolicking in it. Many attributes of the East are concentrated in the three halls of the restaurant: here is the house of a farmer and the house of a merchant with an attached counter, behind which the owner offers to taste not only fruits and vegetables, but also various beverages. After passing through the area under the brick arch, you find yourself in the courtyard of the house of the local bai. From this courtyard offers a beautiful view of the minarets of ancient Khiva. There is a place where the guest can rest at the bai's house: you can sit under the ayvans and taste real pilau, you can lie down on the sufas and smoke a hookah, drink green tea. There is a bay and a luxurious living room, decorated with paintings and plaster carving by hands of Oriental masters. But the most important advantage of the “Village” is its cuisine, in which there are the favorite traditional Oriental dishes: shurva, pilaf, manti, samsa, kebabs and much more, as well as European dishes. We hope that you will appreciate the cuisine and atmosphere of our restaurant and will return to our "Village" more than once.
