First let's talk about what it isn't. We don't sell cheap or “fast-food” quality food. Our biryani will be made by cooks and chefs who have been making biryani for 15 years! Our restaurant is professionally branded that aims to serve high quality gourmet biryani ("mother dish") and some other popular dishes at customer-chosen spice levels (kind of like Nandos). Think of us as the Johnny Rockets or the Shake Shack of Biryani! Not cheap, not expensive, but always high quality. We have a small but "hip" interior with free wifi and tasteful decor for our patrons, while targeting the take-away and delivery market.
