Riza NACAK, the founder and operator of DOYURAN Pide - Soup and Kebab Salon ,He was born in 1947 in Aydin. After primary school, while continuing his secondary education, he also started to work in various pita halls in Aydin. After working in Aydin for a while, he came to İzmir in 1960. He worked as a master and master manager in "24-hour" pita, kebab and soup halls in Basmane and Cankaya districts, which were popular in İzmir at that time.
