This was one of our favorite restaurants in Uzbekistan. After the culinary desert that is Nukus and Moynaq, the first meal here was like angels crying on my tongue. Run by a very friendly family the rooftop view of the old city is amazing. The cooking is done on the lower floors, the staff has to run up and down to the rooftop to take orders and bring food (in 50 degree weather in summer!) so the delays that many people complain about are completely understandable.
