The name Khiva is derived from the ancient city of Khiva in Uzbekistan where the excited traders, missionaries and pilgrims traveling through the city, would exclaim "Khey vakh!” meaning ‘What a Pleasure!’ upon drinking the excellent water. The outlet has an abundance of local art, traditional ceramics and vibrant colors which makes it a lively and casual place for dining. The main highlight of this space is the chargrilled oven, Kazan, Tandir as well as fresh noodle dogma making station.
