Our lounge features a beautiful selection of only organic and biodynamic Mediterranean wines, a collection of over 40 eccentric and diverse sakes, a fantastic range of whiskeys, and more, all carefully chosen to pair with our menu. We pride ourselves in the quality and creativity of our dishes and strive to have each dish presented as a carefully constructed work of art, as beautiful as it is delicious, leaving the design of the restaurant a Zen backdrop to the main act, the food. The founder, Oliver Zeitoun, comes from a family tradition of Mediterranean olive grove farmers – a theme evident in the restaurant cuisine and aesthetics, symbolising the importance of family traditions and heritage in the Japanese and Mediterranean cultures.
