ROKA charlotte street opened in 2004, ROKA charlotte street is the flagship of the ROKA group. dominated by the centrally located robata grill, fish, poultry, meat and vegetables are prepared in full view of diners at the surrounding counter and tables in warm weather the glass walls open onto the street outside creating a semi-alfresco ambience throughout. during summer, outside tables are available for dinning. ROKA charlotte street’s interior was created by noriyoshi muramatsu in collaboration with tokyo’s esteemed super potato architecture and design company. its rustic yet contemporary interior is complemented by exotic hardwoods and contrasts with the thriving activity of the street outside, visible through floor to ceiling windows.
