Our kitchen offers authentic North Indian food that uses tandoori oven to cook juicy meatloaf and baked bread like nan. The tandoor oven is traditionally fired with charcoal inside the stove itself, so that the food comes into contact with open heat. Mughlai food is a style of food craving developed by the imperial cuisine of the Muslim Mughal Empire. We select the finest spices that we use to paint our own fresh spice blends that give the authentic flavor in our dishes.
