The glorious history of “Lilacs” began in 1956. Muscovites came here for barbecues, dancing to live music and just for status. In the 90s, because of the fire, the building of the restaurant was severely damaged, and for several years the establishment ceased to exist. In 2014, famous Russian footballer Alexander Samedov brought him back to life. Simple, understandable and seasonally seasoned menu "Lilacs" is based on a harmonious combination of different cuisines. In the restaurant’s menu, Russian soup of sorrel with quail eggs and pike-perch dumplings coexist with European steaks, which are fried on the grill, and Japanese rolls and sushi. The quality and freshness of the products - and most of them are delivered to a restaurant from different regions of immense Russia - are personally checked by the Chef.
