Cadaques is a restaurant specialized in rice cooked over a fire, seafood and wild fish, located in the central Salamanca district of Madrid. Sea, mountain and orchard merge in a space that bets on traditional recipes, local products and a groundbreaking format. Rice cooked with the claw and aroma of our selected woods, fish and shellfish just arrived from the fish market, great dishes that are a legacy of fishing cultures ...
