LATERAL appears in the Madrid gastronomic scene with the opening of its first store in 1997. Since then it has been consolidated as a different concept that combines in its menu a variety of individual skewers with other formats to share, and in which the most traditional recipes coexist with other more avant-garde creations, always with top quality products.
