The history of the confectionery "Golden Ear" begins with the 50s of the last century. Until the mid-80s of the twentieth century, the cafe-pastry shop was a favorite place for Rostovites and guests of the city, and then there was a significant decline. The confectionery received its second birth in December 1992 with the arrival of new founders in the person of the Abacharayev family.
