It is this familiar interjection attributed to King Henry IV, the gourmet king, that Fabian Henrion and Mike Bravin have chosen to name their restaurant. Because the cuisine is traditional, sprinkled with the best wines of the French vineyard, because the selection of each product is the result of rigorous and passionate research, because "quality and service" are the leitmotifs of the house, the noble origin of the denomination prevailed! The restaurant is located in Uccle in a centenary townhouse. The decoration draws a nod to the old butchery that was there 40 years ago.
