Meşhur Ali Bodur, who has been offering Nazilli pita with the same care since 1971, continues his services with the power he has gained from his tradition. All the meats used in our pitas are supplied from the regular and natural fattening regions by the local butchers we are connected to. Our fresh vegetables are supplied daily from the local groceries we cooperate with. Famous Ali Bodur Pide is the first shop to bring Nazilli Pide to İzmir. We do not abandon the traditional production methods in order to present the fineness of the dough opened and the flavor coming from the oven in our facility, which adopts technological facilities and works to establish hygiene.
