Located on the Corniche, opposite Fairmont Ajman Hotel, the menu features Emirati favourites such as balaleet (vermicelli and egg omelet flavoured with sugar, cardamom and saffron), dangaw (boiled and lightly spiced chickpeas) and luqaimat (Arabic-style donuts drizzled with date syrup), washed down with Arabic coffee and sweet, spiced karak tea.
