Esmeralda 624 - Buenos Aires Gaspar Cafe was born in 2016, with its first place in the Palermo Soho area, where in addition to presenting itself as a gourmet cafe, and a concept "friendly coffee house", included a Mediterranean-style bistro with an atmosphere that fused with the artistic touch of New York soho. With classic and signature cafeteria proposals plus a unique evening conceived as a petit cafe concert, with dinners to taste our varied dishes with meats, pastas, fish, homemade burgers, salads and cakes with the best live artists making jazz, bossa nova, blues, pop and international music. Before we were converted into a chain exclusively as a gourmet café, Gaspar Cafe Bistro developed more than 200 musical show dinners from Thursday to Sunday, private and corporate events, performances of plays, cinema and TV. Currently the same events are held both at Gaspar Cafe Downtown plus its Basement lounge with living room and in Gaspar Café Midtown.
