On January 6, 1948 Havanna opens its factory and sales room, with elaboration in sight. Sales on that first day far exceeded expectations. Its initial staff consists of two workers, a teacher and an assistant. The founding partners also collaborate in the sale, packaging and other activities. The factory was located at the corner of Buenos Aires and Rivadavia streets, in front of the Casino Central. After a while, Havanna begins the expansion on the Atlantic Coast opening its doors in 50 Branches.
