My job as a pastry-chocolate maker started in 1983, in Pleneuf Val Andre, a small Breton town in France. For eighteen years we have expressed ourselves in this profession to always satisfy our customers, who made us feel good. Chocolate imposed itself on me very quickly by taking up more and more space in my production. In 2010, we sold our company with the feeling of having accomplished our duty to our profession, in France.
